Hello! I’m Lee Ann, a dedicated real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience serving the stunning Seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine. For over forty-five years, I’ve called Dover, NH, home, where I’ve raised my three sons, all of whom have thrived in the exceptional educational programs offered by the Dover School District and local private schools. When I’m not working, you can find me cheering for my sons at competitive travel hockey games across New England. I also love spending time with my granddaughter and nurturing my garden in the spring. Having completed several marathons, I’m eager to return to competitive running as well. I began my real estate journey in 2005 by owning a boutique RE/MAX office in Durham, NH, where I successfully guided both buyers and sellers through their transactions. My experience includes collaborating with commercial student housing developers, assisting with land purchases, and navigating the approval process. My commitment to excellence has been recognized with numerous awards, including membership in the RE/MAX 100% Club. I served as the Past President of the Strafford County Board of Realtors in 2021 and was honored to be named Realtor of the Year. Previously, while with Keller Williams Coastal Realty, I achieved a sales volume of $15 million and consistently ranked among the top producers in the Strafford County Board of Realtors. I was also honored to serve on the Agent Leadership Committee for two consecutive years, showcasing my dedication to the industry. I’m proud to have over 210 five-star reviews on Zillow. I hold Broker’s licenses in both New Hampshire and Maine and am an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the New Hampshire Association of Realtors (NHAR), and the Strafford County Board of Realtors. Recently, I earned my luxury CLHMS designation and achieved Platinum Circle Achievement for my sales production from 2016 to 2023, reflecting sales of $12 million and above or 50 or more closed transactions annually. This year alone, I sold 40 homes, totaling over $18 million in sales, and I proudly achieved ICON Status with eXp Realty.
