Jeff Batchelder- Helping buyers and sellers throughout the Upper Valley reach their real estate goals since 1994. I'm a life long resident of the Upper Valley having lived in Hartford, Thetford, Lebanon, and Orford over the years. I currently live in Wilder VT. My motto is "Never stop moving!" I have real estate broker's licenses in Vermont and New Hampshire, am a member of the Upper Valley Board of Realtors, and member of our local Multiple Listing Service. Working as an exclusive buyer agent I have years of experience negotiating on the behalf of buyers and helping first time home buyers through the step by step process to owning their first home. As a listing agent I have successfully listed and sold hundreds of homes in the area including single family, multifamily, condominiums, and land.
